Maybe you have a friend who collects ATC art cards or maybe it would be a good start for your own collection. There is a whole world full of ATC/ACEO artist who offer affordable art for everyone. I read somewhere that there are even ACEO size (2,5" x 3,5") frames at the Wallmart, heh :D So, art card collecting must have been spread everywhere.
